What we collect
If you contact us through this site or by email, we receive your name, email address and whatever you put in your message. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Why we hold it
Only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run that work. We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.
How long
Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them, then deleted. Records relating to paid work are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
Filming and photography
We film at sports events on behalf of clubs and organisers. Where footage features identifiable people, the organiser is responsible for the notices and permissions at the venue. If you appear in something we have produced and want it reviewed, contact us and we will deal with it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@arcaesports.com and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
